ECA Program Guide

Welcome to the ECA Program Guide, one place to view all of ECA's programs. This app allows you to search for programs in your assigned country and review information about each program, such as length, timeframe, eligibility requirements, and the application process. It also provides important resources, such as program contact names, email addresses, and links that you will need when applying for a program.

The app also helps you keep the proposal process on track, allowing you to add key dates to your Outlook calendar so you don't miss deadlines. To add a reminder to your Outlook calendar, tap the ADD button to generate a calendar file that you can email to your state.gov address. Once you open the calendar file on your desktop Outlook, you can add the event to your work calendar.
